Modorenai Ashita

2009 had been a rather unfruitful year knowing that Aiko had been focusing on holding concert tours, rather than churning out 1 or 2 more singles during the course. When she finally did come out with the first single Modorenai Ashita (戻れない明日) for the year 2010, I wasn’t really prepared in preordering it. I have about 1 week+ in advance to quickly preorder the Cd before its due to release at 3rd of March.

The annoying part about living in Singapore is that I have no access to her concert tours, unless I spend a good 1k flying over to Japan. Also, regarding the purchasing her CDs, I have to rely on online websites to get them. In order to get the limited covers of her single, I had to preorder at least 1~2 weeks in advance and even then I might still have a chance of not getting it. I couldn’t rely on local shops, where getting the limited cover would be impossible.

Previews for the song can be easily heard at the discography section of her website. When I first listened to the preview, I wasn’t really taken over by this song (Aiko is better with upbeat songs in my opinion). But after a while the song does get to you.

Edit: Finally gotten the shipment for the CDs. Sho and I combined our orders to save on shipping since the 3 different orders were released a week apart.
