A look inside the Baskin Robbins shop13 April, 2011 by Chad
Remember when we said that Singapore was one of the few places on earth that you couldn’t find a Baskin Robbins? Well just hours ago, it was announced that a local distributor will indeed be bringing back this heavenly ice cream franchise into Singapore much sooner than I thought. The new Baskin Robbins Singapore store will be opening up on level 4 of the new Clementi Mall within this couple of months but until then, here’s a look at what to expect.
Bright happy colors
distracted drew us into this ice cream shop.
There were so many flavors to choose from and we had a hard time deciding. New seasonal flavors are rotated in to keep the menu interesting.
Despite being a common franchise, the quality of the ice cream far exceeds anything else you could get in Singapore. The texture of the ice cream was thick and creamy, just the way it ought to be. Prices were cheaper too, at least for the shop in Japan.
You can be sure that we’ll be trying out Baskin Robbins Singapore when it finally hits the country. It’ll probably be seeing quite a bit of business from me at least if it manages to maintain the standard of its Japanese counterpart.
