Please help keep Supermerlion alive

Supermerlion provides more than 10,000 photos and more than 800 original articles and guides on Japan travel and culture. I've personally poured in thousands of hours into creating this content.

As a testament to its wealth of knowledge. Despite having halted updates. This site is still being visited by thousands of visitors each month.

I am leaving these up online, and providing them for free to you in the hopes that it helps viewers and increases appreciation of Japan, its culture and everything that makes the country wonderful.

Unfortunately, hosting all these photo intensive posts costs hundreds of dollars a year out of my own pocket.

There has not been a single dollar donated to date. And with the popularity of adblocking software, I am now able to recoup less than 10% of the running costs for the site for the past few years. If this continues, I will need to shut down this site permanently very soon.

Please add supermerlion.com to your ad blocking whitelist or disable your adblocking software, so that together we can continue to share this knowledge and continue to spread appreciation for Japan and it's culture.
